Subscription & Payments

Free Tier

Astro Graha offers a free tier with limited daily interactions, including limited horoscope updates and astrology Q&A questions per day.

Paid Subscription

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at end of billing period

Marriage Matching Package

Marriage Matching may be offered as a separate one-time purchase. Results are for guidance only and do not constitute a professional matchmaking service.

Messaging & Communication

By using Astro Graha, you consent to receive WhatsApp messages including daily predictions, responses to your questions, service notifications, and billing updates.

Intellectual Property

All content, predictions, reports, and materials provided by Astro Graha are our intellectual property. You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute our content without written permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Claim ownership of AI-generated responses delivered through our service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astro Graha shall not be liable for:

Termination

You may terminate your use at any time by replying STOP to unsubscribe.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via WhatsApp or updated documentation. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
